An experienced creditors’ rights litigator, Mitchell D. Adler has represented clients in business, corporate and partnership disputes; commercial litigation; employment litigation; and construction disputes. He has extensive experience in real estate litigation including complex foreclosures, lender liability claims, quiet title and partition matters, and easement/property disputes. He also has substantial experience in probate and trust litigation, including will contests.

Mr. Adler was born in Forest Hills, New York. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1984. He is also admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District and Middle District of Florida, and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, and was formerly a member of the Broward County 17th Circuit Court Grievance Committee E (Chair, 2001-2003), and the Trial Lawyers Section (Chair, 2002) of the Broward County Bar. Mr. Adler graduated from State University of New York at Albany in 1977 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in New York City. He has been included as a Top Lawyer in the South Florida Legal Guide every year from 2003 through 2010.
