Marc Cohen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Palm City, Florida. His primary areas of practice are collection, commercial and UCC litigation for banks and other institutional creditors. Mr. Cohen was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1975 and in Florida in 1978. He graduated from Temple University magna cum laude. He received his J.D. and an LL.M degrees from Temple University School of Law. Mr. Cohen is admitted to the Federal Courts in Florida, Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. In addition to representing institutional creditors, he represents a number of business owners involved in commercial and financial disputes. Mr. Cohen was a featured speaker at the 2001 County Court Judges Conference, as well as the Wachovia Bank National Recovery Conference in 2005 and 2006. He has received numerous awards arising from his quality representation of banks. Mr. Cohen is the author of the Florida Farm Equipment Manufacturers and Dealers Act. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania and Florida Bars and Martin County Bar Association. Mr. Cohen is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
