Jessica L. Berman concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and labor and employment litigation. Ms. Berman graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2005 and received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 2008. She is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and New York and in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. While in law school, Ms. Berman interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Boston Public School's Office of Labor Relations. She was named an Edward Brodsky Legal Fellow at the national headquarters of the Anti-Defamation League in New York City. Additionally, Ms. Berman interned for the Honorable Judge Jeffrey R. Levenson, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court Judge, Broward County, Florida, before joining Greenspoon Marder in 2009.
