William S. Kramer was born in Memphis, Tennessee in 1955. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1980. Mr. Kramer is based in the Firm's Boca Raton office, although his practice encompasses Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. He is a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer and specializes in both business/corporate law and real estate law. Mr. Kramer serves as General Counsel to a number of large and small closely held businesses and health care practices and represents builders/developers, lenders and investors in real estate matters.

Mr. Kramer graduated from the University of Florida in 1977 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (accounting), and passed the CPA exam the same year. He then graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1980 where he was a member of the Moot Court team.

Mr. Kramer was Chairman of the City of Parkland Code Enforcement Board, past chairman of the Florida Bar's Boca Raton Area Grievance Committee, past chairman of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association's Real Estate Committee, past chairman of the Palm Beach County Bar Association's Liaison Committee with CPA's, and has lectured in various CLE seminars on both corporate/business and real estate topics.

In addition to Board Certification, Mr. Kramer has been recognized by the South Florida Legal Guide from 2001 through 2008 as a Top Lawyer in South Florida and by Florida Trend Magazine as one of Florida's Legal Elite in 2008.
