Victor S. Kline was born in North Miami Beach, Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court, Southern District and Middle District of Florida. Mr. Kline graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell®. He has litigated cases in state courts in Alachua, Broward, Brevard, Collier, Hillsborough, Lake, Marion, Miami-Dade, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach,
Pinellas, Polk, Seminole and Volusia Counties. He has also participated in appellate matters in the United States Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and in every District Court of Appeal in Florida.
