Richard H. Gaines was born in Brooklyn, New York. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995. Mr. Gaines is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and earned his law degree cum laude from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Gaines is peer rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell.
