Neal W. Hirschfeld was born in New York, New York in 1955. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1980 and the
Florida Bar in 1981. Prior to receiving his law degree from the South Texas College of Law, he received a
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the
American Bar Association Section on Litigation, the American Judicature Society, and the Texas Bar Association.
Mr. Hirschfeld is an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association (formerly, Academy of Florida Trial
Lawyers).
