Mark J. Chmielarski was born in North Tonawanda, New York in 1964. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. He is also admitted to the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Chmielarski graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University and received his law degree from Emory University School of Law. Mr. Chmielarski was the Managing Editor of Emory's Bankruptcy Developments Journal, and published an article in this journal in 1989. From 1994 through 2002, Mr. Chmielarski's primary clients were the Receiver of National Heritage Life Insurance Company and NHL Trust, wherein he was the sole transactional attorney involved in the liquidation of over 1,250 commercial and residential loan and real estate assets valued at more than $250 million for an insolvent insurance company.
