Marc E. Schwartz was born in 1968 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994 and the Colorado Bar in 1997. Prior to earning his law degree from the University of Florida School of Law, Mr. Schwartz received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University. He is an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association (formerly, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), a member of the American Justice Association (formerly, Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Broward County Bar Association and the Colorado and Florida Bar.
