Laurence I. Blair was born in Queens, New York. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1994 and the New York Bar in 1993. He graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Murphy Institute of Political Economy. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993 with a Juris Doctor and then received a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation in 1994.

A member of the Florida and New York bars, Mr. Blair concentrates his practice in the areas of tax, estate planning, corporate law, and guardianship law, and he is Board Certified in wills, trusts and estates. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Broward County Estate Planning Council, and the Estate Planning Council of Boca Raton.

Mr. Blair is currently serving as President-elect and member of the Executive Board of Trustees for Ruth Rales Jewish Family Service of South Palm Beach County, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Metro Division for the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, Inc. and is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for the same organization. Mr. Blair is Chairing the Tax Section for the Broward County Bar Association.
