Kenneth J. Sobel was born in Miami, Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985. He is also admitted to the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Prior to earning his law degree from Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law, he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College. Mr. Sobel is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Lawyers Pilots Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has a monthly column in Parkland Life Magazine. Mr. Sobel has multiple verdicts in excess of one million dollars and was one of the trial attorneys principally involved in the Menorah Gardens Cemetery class action claim.
