Kenneth A. Rubin was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Following graduation, Mr. Rubin worked in marketing and management positions in industry before returning to law school at Nova University Center for the Study of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Nova in 1983. Mr. Rubin served on the editorial board of the Nova Law Review and was co-chair of the National Conference of Law Reviews his senior year. Mr. Rubin is an alumnus of the Stephen Booher Chapter of the American Inns of Court and has served on the Board of Directors of the Broward County Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, and has served on several Florida Bar Grievance Committees for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County including serving as Chair.
