Evan B. Klinek was born in New York in 1971. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Klinek is an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
