Evan B. Klinek was born in New York in 1971. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.  Mr. Klinek is an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.  His main areas of practice include commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, creditor's rights, foreclosure litigation, and complex litigation.  Mr. Klinek is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, the Bankruptcy Bar Association of South Florida, and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
