Brian N. Greenspoon was born in Montreal, Canada and grew up in Orlando, Florida. He is admitted to the Florida Bar. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After working in real estate investment banking for Chase Manhattan Bank and Banc of America Securities, Mr. Greenspoon attended the University of Florida where he received his J.D./M.B.A, cum laude. Mr. Greenspoon is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, NAIOP and ICSC Next Generation and Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
